HELLO

Well, I found my blog, using an old laptop today, (it works with my printer, my new one doesn't) I haven't entered any thing on my blog for tooo long!!! I am sitting in my den/office/2nd bedroom, looking out the window and can see as far east as the eye can see. Expecting more rain and will be out doing errands in the rain. Wish I had rubber boots to slosh around, however a woman my age would look as silly as I am.
Grandaughter turns 9 this week. PARTY!!!!

Florida Again

Here I am in Florida once more, disaster city this year. Did anyone ever show signs of dying and linger indefinately??? That's what has happened to my sister. She's been fighting pancreatic cancer for over a year.
about 2 weeks ago she developed a severe infection and with antibiotics in hospital, fought it off and is now lying in bed moaning and groaning and on all sorts of painkillers etc.She is aware of the situation and is afraid to die. I would be also. Her vitals are good but she is basically an invalid. HORRIBLE situation!!!!

FLORIDA

Here I sit in my kitchen in Florida, awaiting my sisters and my neice and my sister's boyfriend for dinner.I'm listening to easy rock in Toronto on my computer, neat. Haven't found a guy yet. Looking on-line for 62-75 yr young male friend. no luck yet!!!

Again

Well, it's Florida time again. Back is hurting. I am walking though and that is a great feeling. I hope that by writing on my blog my mood will improve. I am still not able to do much. I hurt often.
Came to Florida earlier than planned, my sister is sick, and she is alone here. She has a wonderful lady looking after her but she is alone often. I guess I feel guilty that I am not with her as often as I should be. Tomorrow I am planning to go out to dinner with her. She likes that, so do I. Her sight is almost gone so going out is something she cannot do on her own. Knowing that she is going out gives us a reason to get our acts together and go.
I'm quite lonely, but that will pass. There are many people who are in worse shape than me.

PAIN REPAIR

Well, here I am again.So far nobody is reading my very important news, important to me maybe not to you. I guess I'll BLOG more if I find readers. I can even be humourous. Tomorrow is back repair day. I sure hope that it works. I have the top surgeon and I am scared anyway. I guess I'll enjoy the pampering.
I will update the situation as I can.

Time Flies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where has the time gone? It is now March,2008. I have had so much going on in my condo. that time has disappeared (did I spell that right?) doesn't matter, so far no one reads my blog. Just found spellcheck so I am not so bad. Should I blab, on&on
I'm in Florida. Lucky, the weather up north sucks. The only problem is with pain in my legs and back I can do very little. I know there are people in worse shape, but when you hurt you feel it. It becomes very depressing to watch people do things. One does not complains because no one wants to hear it. All is well, that's the answer to give.
Maybe next year I'll have a different attitude. I hope to get my back repaired.

ALMOST CHRISTMAS

The year is really flying by. Next week is 2008. I'm running away. I do that now&then. I'm going on a cruise. I plan to eat ,drink, gamble and party. Everyone needs to do that once in a while. I don't know if anyone reads this but it is fun writing a blog when it behooves me. Please read this and contact me.Friends are fun!!!!
